		<description>Great article!  One of my frustrations about trying to converse on Twitter has been that so many people don&#039;t respond back!  I respond to every person who talks to me on Twitter, so I don&#039;t understand why people would be on Twitter, but not converse at all.

Aside from being puzzled over lack of responses, I do really enjoy being on Twitter and am quite interested in what everyone has to say.</description>
